Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation & Payment

  • To confirm your booking, a minimum advance payment of ₹500 is required for packages under ₹10,000.
  • For packages ₹10,000 or above, a 10% advance payment of the total package cost is required.
  • The remaining balance must be cleared before or on the day of the service.

Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment methods.
  • Please ensure that all payments are made as per the terms agreed upon during the booking.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the booking date will receive a full refund (excluding any transaction fees).
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total package cost.

Changes to Booking

  • If you wish to reschedule or change the package, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Any changes made after this period may be subject to additional charges.

Service Availability

  • All services are subject to availability. If the requested vehicle or service is unavailable, we will provide a comparable option or offer a refund if no alternatives are available.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip. DhamGo Tour & Travel is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
  • Please ensure you are on time for the pickup to avoid delays or additional charges.

Additional Charges

  • Any extra services, including waiting time, overtime, or additional stops, may incur additional charges as per the agreed terms.

Safety & Conduct

  • We maintain the highest standards of safety and ensure that our vehicles are regularly checked.
  • Customers are expected to follow all safety guidelines provided by the driver during the trip.
  • Any inappropriate conduct or damage to the vehicle during the trip may lead to extra charges or cancellation of services.

Force Majeure

  • DhamGo Tour & Travel will not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, strikes, or any other force majeure events.

  • By booking a service with DhamGo Tour & Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
