1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed based on the cancellation timeline and booking type:

✓ Cancellation 7+ days before travel:

90% refund of total booking amount

✓ Cancellation 3-6 days before travel:

50% refund of total booking amount

✓ Cancellation within 48 hours:

No refund applicable

2. Refund Process

  1. Submit a cancellation request via phone or email
  2. Provide booking details and reason for cancellation
  3. Receive confirmation of cancellation within 24 hours
  4. Refund will be processed within 7-10 working days
  5. Amount will be credited to the original payment method

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • No-show without prior cancellation notice
  • Cancellation made on the day of travel
  • Partial completion of booked services
  • Changes requested during the journey

4. Advance Payment Adjustments

If advance payment was made, applicable deductions will be made as per the cancellation policy before processing the refund.

5. Weather & Force Majeure

In case of service cancellation due to adverse weather, strikes, or force majeure events initiated by DhamGo, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
