1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed based on the cancellation timeline and booking type:
✓ Cancellation 7+ days before travel:
90% refund of total booking amount
✓ Cancellation 3-6 days before travel:
50% refund of total booking amount
✓ Cancellation within 48 hours:
No refund applicable
2. Refund Process
- Submit a cancellation request via phone or email
- Provide booking details and reason for cancellation
- Receive confirmation of cancellation within 24 hours
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 working days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- No-show without prior cancellation notice
- Cancellation made on the day of travel
- Partial completion of booked services
- Changes requested during the journey
4. Advance Payment Adjustments
If advance payment was made, applicable deductions will be made as per the cancellation policy before processing the refund.
5. Weather & Force Majeure
In case of service cancellation due to adverse weather, strikes, or force majeure events initiated by DhamGo, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
