1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel bookings by contacting us via phone or email. Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation:

More than 7 days before travel

10% cancellation charge

3 to 6 days before travel

50% cancellation charge

Within 48 hours of travel

100% cancellation charge (No refund)

2. How to Cancel

  2. Provide your booking ID and personal details
  3. Receive cancellation confirmation via email/SMS
  4. Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days

3. Cancellation by DhamGo

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of:

  • Vehicle breakdown or technical issues
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Government restrictions or unforeseen emergencies
  • Force majeure events

Note: In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or option to reschedule without any additional charges.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Customers can request to reschedule their booking:

  • Free rescheduling if requested 7+ days before travel
  • Rescheduling within 3-6 days: Subject to vehicle availability
  • No rescheduling within 48 hours of travel

5. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to show up at the pickup location without prior cancellation notice, it will be considered a no-show. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

6. Important Notes

  • All cancellations must be made in writing (email/WhatsApp)
  • Verbal cancellations over the phone must be followed by written confirmation
  • Cancellation charges are calculated based on the total booking amount
  • Any advance payment will be adjusted against cancellation charges
